Requests for programs, events and meetings will be considered
in the following order of priority. - Programs
Liturgy: Lent, parish retreat, Holy Week, holydays, etc.
Education:
The religious education program grades K through 12, RCIA, etc.
Service: St. Vincent de Paul, Homeless Shelter, etc.
- Meetings
Monthly meetings such
as Finance, “Fun”raisers, Knights of Columbus - Fundraising and Social Events
Examples
include dances, donut socials. Please note that Bingo will automatically be given priority in the annual calendar for the
second and fourth Fridays of each month.
Notice concerning outside events: St. Francis de
Sales no longer allows outside groups to use any of the campus space. In addition, parishioners are not allowed to use the
hall for their personal use. However, St. Francis de Sales will continue allowing boy scout and girl scout groups who are
affiliated with St. Francis de Sales to continue using our campus for their events or meetings.
